Education:

¿ BE in Electrical/Telecommunications/Electronics or equivalent from a recognized engineering university

Experience Required:

¿ More than 4 12 years of relevant experience in IBS/Wi Fi Design & Deployment for Enterprise and Carrier Grade networks

Job Description and Responsibilities:

¿ In depth understanding and knowledge about In Building Solution (IBS) design principles for active systems, passive, hybrid and indoor small cells for 4G,5G & Wi fi.

¿ Hand on experience in Stadium and High capacity venue DAS designs is must.

¿Experience in troubleshooting and formulating guidelines to do root cause analysis for performance and coverage affecting issues in DAS/Small Cells/Wi Fi.

¿ LTE & 5G Technology knowledge.

¿ Strong Knowledge and experience with DAS vendors, e.g. CommScope, Rosenberger, SOLiD & JMA etc.

¿ Expertise in IBS & Wi Fi RF design and modeling using iBwave & RAN Plan tool

¿ Expertise in high Capacity Indoor Designs.

¿In depth understanding and knowledge about Indoor Wi Fi Technology.

¿ Design & Install Indoor and outdoor Wi Fi locations.

¿ Detailed knowledge and experience in preparing IBS & Wi Fi RF design for dense capacity and coverage requirement for public and offloading networks.

¿ Good understanding of different IBS & Wi Fi survey types and their relevance to design.

¿ Experience in deploying Voice Over Wireless LAN services.

¿ Deep Knowledge and hands on experience with Wi Fi vendors product portfolio e.g Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Sercom etc

¿ Experience in working with sub contractors for IBS & Wi Fi design reviews, quality control and approvals.

¿ Ability to formulate WLAs and SLAs to ensure service delivery from vendors and contractors for IBS & Wi Fi projects.

¿ Ability to compare & benchmark different Active vendors as per their products and determine most cost effective solution.

¿ Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power point strongly preferred.
