Role: Oracle EBS Apps Tech

• The Oracle EBS Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, configuring applications, and providing ongoing support for Oracle EBusiness Suite modules.
• They will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle EBS solutions to meet the organization's business needs Oracle EBS Technical resource (Reports, Forms & Integrations) Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, challenges, and goals.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization using Oracle EBS modules.
• Design comprehensive solutions that leverage Oracle EBS modules to address business needs effectively. Develop architectural designs, data models, and integration strategies to ensure seamless deployment and operation.
• Develop custom solutions and extensions using Oracle development tools (e.g., Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Application Framework) to address unique business requirements that cannot be met through standard configurations.
• Plan and execute data migration activities to transfer data from legacy systems to Oracle EBS. Develop data conversion scripts, perform data mapping, cleansing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with other enterprise systems, databases, and external applications using standard interfaces, APIs, and middleware technologies (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud). Design and develop integration solutions to enable seamless data flow and process orchestration.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Oracle EBS customizations, and integrations. Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users, administrators, and support staff on Oracle EBS functionality, features, and best practices. Create user manuals, training materials, and documentation to facilitate user adoption and proficiency.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to Oracle EBS modules. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
