The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high performance applications using the OutSystems platform. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture principles, software development life cycle, and the ability to lead technical teams in delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and high performance applications using OutSystems.
• Lead the technical team in the development and implementation of OutSystems solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OutSystems and related technologies.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and development processes.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in OutSystems Professional Web Development.
• Proven experience in software architecture and design patterns.
• In depth knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with database design and management, particularly with SQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in leading cross functional teams.
• Certifications in OutSystems or related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
• Strong portfolio of successful OutSystems projects.
