JD: React-PHP Architect

Design and own the architecture of end-to-end web applications using PHP and React.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Define and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a team of full-stack and frontend/backend developers.
Review code, perform technical audits, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Drive architectural decisions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
12+ years of software development experience with a strong track record in PHP and React.
Expertise in modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
Deep understanding of HackLang, React.js, including hooks, state management (Redux/Zustand), and component design.
Hands-on experience in implementing secure, high-quality RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs (must know best
practices).
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 4, and jQuery.
Excellent knowledge of RDBMS systems such as MS-SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, and
NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and TDD/BDD practices.
Good understanding and implementation knowledge of design patterns and integration
patterns.
Strong background in security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture.
Experience leading cross-functional teams
