The Resilience Delivery Lead will be responsible for shaping and optimising the end-to-end lifecycle of resilience processes—from Business Service Response Plans (BSRPs) through to self-assessments. Lead the design and continuous improvement of the full resilience lifecycle, including BSRP creation, invocation, monitoring, and exit, as well as integration with self-assessment cycles.
• Business Architecture Alignment:
Map resilience processes to business capabilities, ensuring that resilience is embedded into the operating model and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
• Process Simplification & Automation:
Identify opportunities to streamline and automate resilience processes, reducing manual effort while improving accuracy, traceability, and usability.
• Governance & Integration:
Ensure that resilience processes are aligned with broader risk and control frameworks, including regulatory expectations and internal audit requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business service owners, risk leads, and technical SMEs to ensure resilience processes are practical, scalable, and embedded in BAU and crisis operations.
• Continuous Improvement:
Use feedback from real-world resilience events and exercises to refine processes and improve readiness across the organisation.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in operational resilience, business architecture, or risk management within financial services.
• Deep understanding of BSRPs, self-assessments, and their role in regulatory and operational resilience frameworks.
• Strong process design and optimisation skills, with a track record of simplifying complex workflows.
• Ability to work across business and technical domains, translating resilience needs into actionable architecture and delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams."
