Are you a hunter with a proven track record of generating new business and
closing deals in the German BFSI sector? Do you thrive in a demanding,

We are working a rapidly growing consultancy seeking a savvy, hungry, and
hands-on strong hunters to spearhead thier expansion within the German
Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) market. This is a critical
role for an individual who is passionate about identifying, engaging, and
securing net-new logos.

We have high expectations for success and zero patience for inaction. You
will be responsible for building a robust pipeline from the ground up and
consistently closing new business to significantly contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Aggressively identify and target new business opportunities within the
German BFSI market.
Generate and qualify a robust pipeline of prospective clients through
proactive outreach, networking, and market intelligence.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to
proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our consultancy's offerings and
how they can address the specific needs of BFSI clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project
delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide accurate forecasting and regular reporting on sales activities and
pipeline status.
Qualifications:

Demonstrable success as a "hunter" in a business development or sales role
within the German BFSI market.
Strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing
net-new logo business.
Deep understanding of the German BFSI landscape, including key players,
market trends, and regulatory environments.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both
German and English.
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with
minimal supervision.
Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive under pressure in a target-driven
environment.
