This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices to enhance our service delivery. Key Skills/Responsibilities: ¿ Create and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for seamless integration with third party applications. ¿ Develop user friendly UI pages and screens to enhance user experience as per client requirements. ¿ Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. ¿ Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements. ¿ Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and coding standards. ¿ Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. ¿ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. ¿ Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, PoC and workflow design. ¿ Strong experience with REST and SOAP API development and integration. ¿ Expertise in creating and customizing UI pages, UI screens, and workspaces within ServiceNow. ¿ Familiarity with ServiceNow multiple application, modules. ¿ Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for front end development. ¿ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders. ¿ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
