CXO Management
Leadership across complex, global, matrix organisations working with a wide array of inidividual business lines

Highly effective communicator
Ensure effective coordination between workstreams, maintaining seamless integration.
Agile delivery experience: The emphasis is on hands-on delivery rather than purely serving as an Agile evangelist.
Experience in Financial Services / Banking
Know when to escalate issues and when to dive into specific workstreams.
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to the programme’s changing needs.
