Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and driven Finance Professional to join our team as a US FP&A Manager. The role involves working closely with our North America finance leadership and requires strong financial planning, analysis, and business finance capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the US business with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into business metrics and drivers
• Create and maintain detailed financial models in Excel
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews and reporting packs for leadership
• Work with accounting teams to align FP&A with actual financials
• Provide strategic support to the VP – Finance on key initiatives

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• CA/CMA with 5 years post-qualification experience
• Experience in Big 4 firms is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of business finance and key performance metrics
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial tools and dashboards a plus
• Willingness to work in a US time zone as required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
