CIAM Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of CIAM controls and use cases

• Must have working experience on OKTA as CIAM solution

• Good to have working experience on other CIAM products like PingFederate, PingAccess, ForgeRock

• Must have design and implemented OKTA CIAM solution

• Must have strong understanding of fraud controls and maturity framework for CIAM

• Good understanding of frameworks by CIS, NIST

• Must have worked on configuring various authentication channels, must be well versed with various authentication factors

• Must be aware of all various authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth, OIDC

• Strong understanding experience in integrating legacy and SaaS applications to CIAM solutions.

• Must have collaborated with offshore team for successfully delivery of large program

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement for CIAM solution to validate business/technical requirements and present optimal solution

• Must have lead and executed at least 2 projects as CIAM Architect to design CIAM solution and integration with various peripheral systems such as IGA, AD, ITSM, SIEM etc.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues while implementing/integrating

• Good analytical and technical problem solving skills

• Must have worked on design and deployment of MFA solution

• Ability to lead technical delivery of CIAM projects

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Good experience in managing client relationship

• Good communication, client management and project management skills.

Salary Range- $125,000-$140,000 a year
