Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Tech Lead to drive the architecture, implementation,
and administration of Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise
in M365 services, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and
Security & Compliance features. This role involves leading technical projects, improving
Run services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal performance,
security, and user adoption of M365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of M365 solutions across the
organization.
 Lead continual operations and complex improvements of the M365 tenant
 Serve as the technical expert for M365, providing guidance on best practices and
security compliance.
 Manage, configure, and troubleshoot M365 applications such as Intune, SharePoint,
Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
 Provide guidance, direction, knowledge, and oversight of product configuration and
delivery of services across M365
 Implement security and compliance policies, including Microsoft Defender, DLP,
Conditional Access, and MFA.
 Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align M365 capabilities with
business needs.
 Lead M365 migration projects, including email and data migrations from on-premises
or other cloud platforms.
 Develop automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Power Automate, and
other tools.
 Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of M365 tools.
 Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
 Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend improvements
accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Expert level understanding of Azure, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams,
Power BI, and other components of the Office and Microsoft 365 services
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 5+ years of experience in M365 administration, architecture, and implementation.
 Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and Security & Compliance.
 Strong experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
 Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Intune, Defender, and security
configurations.
 Knowledge of M365 licensing models and cost optimization strategies.
 Experience with migration tools like ShareGate, BitTitan, or Quest.
 Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
 Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-700, AZ-104) are a
plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises AD.
 Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
 Strong understanding of networking, identity management, and authentication
protocols.
 Agile/Scrum experience for project delivery.
