JIRA, process modeling and requirement management

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience with the Property & Casualty insurance market, focusing on Policy Center domain

• Experience with Guidewire Policy Center

• In depth knowledge of Property and Casualty rating, policy coverages and endorsements

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of business needs and requirements. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions

• Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change

• Remain current on new developments in services capabilities and industry knowledge

• Ensures actions are aligned to enterprise strategies; provides insight to assist in business or technical direction.

• Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

• Collaborates across multiple teams to drive analysis management processes (i.e. business, quality, experience, system). May provide practice, discipline and technical guidance; develops and maintains relationships with other practice owners and discipline leads to ensure consistency.

• Guidewire certification is a must

Base salary range: $90000 to $180000 per year
