Roles & Responsibilities:
- 5 to 10+ year of experience in QA with deep understanding of the software development and QA life cycle processes (including test planning, test case design, automation, execution, defect tracking and reporting).
- Self starter, proactive with prior experience implementing process improvements in support of testing or software development such as risk based testing.
- Expertise in designing, writing, maintaining, executing and debugging Java automation tests running on top of Selenium.
- Experience with SoapUI creating test cases and managing larger test suites.
- Proficient with development tools: Confluence, Jira, BitBucket, Maven, Jenkins.
- Strong experience in end to end test life cycle management using HP ALM and/or Jenkins.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner, self-starter, critical thinker and team player who requires minimal supervision to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
- 5+ years of hands on working experience testing large scale, high volume enterprise distributed testing and automation framework by using Java.
- Strong experience on Java development of RESTful Services using the Spring Framework, Spring Boot and SOAP Webservices.
- Expert with Selenium writing, executing and debugging automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of OO design and having strong programming skills with Java Knowledge of using one or multiple J2EE application servers, building solutions for UI, services and databases automation.
- 3+ years experience with SQL and backend application testing of Oracle and Cassandra.
- Domain knowledge in consumer and retail banking.
- Exposure to mobile testing preferably with Perfecto.
- Exposure to Authentication and Identity technologies.
- Capable proficiency with Splunk tool for issue analysis.
- Data Management.
- DevOps practice.
Salary Range - $85,000-$120,000 a year
