Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Splunk infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Develop and manage Splunk dashboards, reports, alerts, and visualizations to meet business needs.
- Monitor system health, data ingestion, and forwarder status to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk performance, log feeds, and data extraction.
- Collaborate with teams to onboard new data sources and optimize search queries.
- Provide training and support to users and teams unfamiliar with Splunk.
- Ensure security and compliance by managing role-based access and sensitive data restrictions.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for Splunk usage.
Salary Range - $100,000-$125,000 a year
