Content writer/ Content Producer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 6+ years’ experience writing and designing content for web or mobile
• Experience in creating, editing and publishing content in CMS platforms
• Experience in the banking and finance sector
• Be adept in testing content, troubleshooting, and fixing it during releases, and helping investigate issues if things go wrong
• Be able to edit and contribute to designs and content in Figma, Sketch or other design tools.
• Understanding and supporting the creation of new customer journeys, working with others to identify pain points and user needs
• Working with designers and developers – both onshore and offshore – to continuously optimize content and how it’s delivered to the end user
• Using research and data to inform your work
• Ensuring governance and compliance of your content and challenging others to do better when best practice is not followed
• Creating accessible content by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) language
Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensuring and advocating a human-centered approach to all the content you create.
• Help designers to present complex information in a simple but highly engaging way.
• Map customer journeys to identify pain points and user needs.
• Create and curate brilliant content that users will love.
• Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure content is evidence based, user-centered and continually optimized.
• Take part in user research and be able to work with multidisciplinary, agile teams to contribute to an overall user experience.
• Use discovery methods to take facts from subject matter experts and present them in a brilliant, personal and simple way.
• Take responsibility for legal, regulatory governance and compliance of your content.
• Subedit and proofread content (provide a second pair of eyes)
Salary Range- $120,000-$150,000 a year
