Overall 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP, minimum 10 years in Sales & Distribution (SD) module. At least 1 end to end S/4HANA implementation experience. At least 5 years of SAP Application Maintenance and Support experience.

1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
3. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
4. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
5. Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
6. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
7. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
8. Handle changes or emergency transport as needed for high priority issues.

Functional Skills:

1. Business processes: Customer master data, Pricing conditions, Sales and Service Contracts, Order management, Delivery/Logistics, Billing, Invoicing, Credit Management; Integration with MDG, FI-CO-PA, MM, PS
2. Differentiating Skills: Deductions/Brokerage Calculations/Settlement
3. Strong understanding of Implementation/enhancements: hands on functional configuration, creation of functional specs and providing inputs for technical specs, creation of test cases and test scripts, training documents, testing, defect resolution
4. Issue resolution: managing AMS tickets and resolution of Order to Cash related issues within defined SLA’s

5. Understanding of Interfaces to multiple third-party sales systems, dealing with data sets, coordinating with technical team to provide functional inputs for designing, developing and issue resolution for technical interfaces
6. Industry skill (nice to have): General Retail Sales & Distribution; Marketing agency service for Retailers like retail merchandising, in-store sampling, digital commerce, and shopper marketing services.
7. Worked with SAP Cloud set up (Rise with SAP) – (nice to have)
8. Customer Master Data in MDG (nice to have).
