Roles & Responsibilities
• Act as the functional expert for all finance and accounting operations in EPC projects, including budgeting, project costing, revenue recognition, and cash flow management.
• Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities related to long-cycle and capital-intensive projects.
• Provide expert input in system design and process improvements related to ERP platforms (Oracle) to support EPC-specific requirements.
• Ensure accurate project-level financial reporting, WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) integration, and compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Support project managers and engineering teams with cost control, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and audit compliance.
• Assist in implementing or optimizing ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives across finance functions.

Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000 a year
