ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager – Product Development & Strategy to join the
Tata Play Binge team and lead strategic product initiatives, technical solutioning, and international
expansion. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with deep understanding of the
media and OTT domain, and the ability to work across product strategy, technical development,
and go-to-market execution.
This is a client-facing, cross-functional role that demands strong analytical thinking, product
innovation, technical comfort with OTT stacks, and the ability to shape complex proposals and
commercial models for global media and telecom partners
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development & Strategic Initiatives
• Identify, evaluate, and shape new product opportunities for Tata Play Binge and Binge
White Label across India, APAC, Middle East, and Africa.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch — including user needs
analysis, product design collaboration, solution validation, and roadmap execution.
• Represent Tata Play in product-focused discussions, industry events, and executive
briefings.
Strategic Solutioning & Technical Proposals
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to craft tailored OTT Super App solutions
for telcos, broadcasters, and digital platforms.
• Lead RFP responses, create technical & commercial proposals, and prepare custom
presentations for high-stakes enterprise clients.
• Translate partner requirements into actionable product integration strategies aligned with
our OTT platform architecture.
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
• Track global OTT trends, competitor activity, and platform benchmarks to evolve Tata Play
Binge’s international product strategy.
• Analyse product-market fit for new geographies and industry verticals; support investment
decisions with data-backed insights.

models, platform benchmarks, and
operational KPIs.
• Hands-on with proposal writing, RFPs,
pricing strategies, and client
solutioning.
EDUCATION Graduate/Postgraduate from premier institutes
PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE
8–12 years of experience in OTT, Media Tech, Entertainment, or SaaS
domains in roles spanning Product Development, Strategy, Product
Partnerships, or Technical Sales
