BAPM – Consultant Stock Plan Services Tech
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Domain Knowledge of Stock Plan Services Tech (SPS) is primary and mandatory Typical functions within SPS
o Administration: Managing enrollment, contributions, and distributions of stock plan participants.
o Compliance: Ensuring adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and tax implications.
o Education: Providing resources and guidance to employees on understanding their stock plan benefits and managing their shares.
o Technology: Utilizing platforms for recordkeeping, reporting, and participant access.
o Financial Reporting: Providing accurate financial reporting for both the company and employees.
• Proven experience in mainframe applications, documenting processes, workflows
• Proficiency in applications using programming languages like COBOL, PL/I, or Assembler
• Proficiency in Java, Angular JS (11, 12 and 14), Springboot, Microservices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of domain-driven design and RESTful APIs.
• 8 - 10 years systems analysis experience; related work in software solutions definition/development is required.
• Confirmed experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes.
• Agile/Scrum experience is required.
• Strong data analysis skills including querying, profiling, and analyzing data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ensure complete acceptance test criteria is provided for all systems requirements.
• Produce and/or maintain system feature design documentation and user training and materials.
Salary Range- $140,000-$160,000 a year
