Fenergo CLM developer

• System Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement Fenergo CLM modules, including client onboarding, KYC, and due diligence processes. 

• Integration with Existing Systems: Integrate Fenergo CLM with other financial institution systems, such as CRM, core banking, and risk management platforms. 

• Data Management: Manage client data within Fenergo CLM, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. 

• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize CLM workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 

• Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on using Fenergo CLM. 

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as KYC, AML, and ESG, using Fenergo CLM's regulatory rules engine and pre-packaged KYC rules. 

• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fenergo CLM. 

• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, manage their expectations, and deliver project updates. 

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes. Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of CLM, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in database management, programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), and cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). 

• Fenergo CLM Experience:

• Experience with Fenergo CLM, including implementation, configuration, and support. 

• Industry Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the financial services industry, including commercial banking, asset management, and corporate banking is a plus.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
