ServiceNow Solution Architect & Presales Lead
15+ years IT industry experience and 8+ years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure/Apps including in IT Solutions architecture / Bid Management / Pre-Sales support
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in technical consulting, sales cycles as a solution architect, presales, professional services.
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations, migrations & upgrades and Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks
• Strong technical & hands on experience in multiple ServiceNow product suites - ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, Now Assist, etc & other related applications & 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow.
• Experience with CMDB design, architecture, and implementations, MID Server management, Discovery, Service Mapping, ATF
• Experience in Glidescripting, Python, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, CSS, Workflow and UI development and Service Portal Concepts, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods
• Relevant ServiceNow certification eg. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification
• Demonstrable experience of collaborating with geographically dispersed teams, requirements management, agile practices and working with clients to foster positive relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills to client stakeholders, adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, planning, time-management, and organizational skills
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance is an advantage
• Expertise in data centers, storage, hosting, tool technologies & technical architecture
• Deep understanding of industry trends, concepts, opportunities, threats & constraints
• Experience & knowledge of GenAI, predictive analytics, or automation workflows in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and LLM fine-tuning techniques.
• ITIL certification and/or AI/ML certifications (AWS, Google Cloud).
• Experience with implementing scripted web services in ServiceNow, Java, and CMDB or asset integrations in ServiceNow
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP
• ServiceNow developer Certification, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Mgt, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or HR
• Exposure to HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, GRC, mobile solutions, Reporting & Analytics & other industry specific solutions
• Well-versed in modern web technologies and cloud computing architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
• Experience of custom applications development, Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
Salary Range- $120,000-$160,000 a year
