Job Title - Cloud Security Generalist
Experience Range - 6+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Experience in GCP/AWS cloud platform and services with knowledge of Azure
• Experience with cloud security standards like CIS benchmark, NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001.
• Ability to perform risk assessments for cloud native services.
• Familiarity with Zero trust Architecture and least privilege access.
• Security review experience in Cloud native services
• Good understanding of Cloud security controls, policies, threats & vulnerabilities
• Ability to identify, assess and provide/implement resolution for cloud security issues.
• Ability to review IaC (Infrastructure as a Code) templates (Terraform, CouldFormation) from a security standpoint.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and industry standards
• Certification – GCP/ AWS Practitioner
• Good communication and documentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Security review of cloud native services and documentation of use cases, security controls and security policies required
Implement security controls to protect cloud services
Identify and assess the risks associated with cloud deployments, potential threats. Develop and implement controls to mitigate these risks
Identify opportunities to centralize and simplify security controls and processes
Reviewing cloud deployments is in accordance with the relevant industry and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively risks and preventive measures to stakeholders
Salary Range - $85000 to $110000 a year
