Hardware Vendor Engagement: Coordinating with hardware vendors for issue resolution and system optimization.
Operational Processes & Standard Operating Procedures: Adherence to best practices and defined SOPs for seamless operations.
IPL (Initial Program Load) Expertise: Strong understanding of IPL procedures.
Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
