Skill: Engagement Coordinator
- Manages communication and collaboration between customer teams and offshore (India) teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries across different locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Associated.
- Primary point of contact for addressing concerns and resolving issues.
- Liaison between Associated and Consultant.
- Internal coordination with internal IT teams and external stakeholders.
- Identifying and understanding Associated business needs and translating them into IT solutions.
- Ensuring IT solutions are aligned with Associated goals and business objectives.
- Developing and presenting IT solutions to Associated.
- Communication and Collaboration.
- Facilitating effective communication between Associated and internal IT teams.
- Regularly communicating project status and updates to Associated.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of business principles and IT technologies.
- Contributing to the development of IT strategies and plans.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to effectively communicate with Associated and internal teams.
Project management skills:
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
- Problem-solving skills: The ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Business acumen: A strong understanding of business principles and IT technologies.
- Customer-oriented approach: A focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Technical understanding: A basic understanding of IT technologies and solutions.
- Experience in IT project management or consulting: Previous experience in similar roles is highly desirable.
Salary Range - $80,000-$95000 a year
