Job Title - Guidewire Functional Analyst
Experience Range - 8+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Guidewire product (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance business processes - Mandatory
Roles & Responsibilities
• Work with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Guidewire modules.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and assist in solution design.
• Adept in techno functional roles in handling business requirements
• Support functional testing, UAT, and production rollout.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
• Participate in workshops, design sessions, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand insurance business needs and objectives.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
Salary Range - $100000 to $130000 a year
