• Strong experience with React.js and Next.js (SSR & CSR).
• Expertise in micro frontend architecture.
• Integration experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content authoring.
• Hands-on with GraphQL and WCS (WebSphere Commerce Suite) APIs.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching, etc.).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows.
• Experience in writing unit/integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture patterns, reusable component libraries, and accessibility standards. 

Nice to Have:

• eCommerce domain experience.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Exposure to analytics, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with other CMS platforms besides AEM.
• Should be able to drive technical discussions with customer and other vendors
• Take lead in debugging and troubleshooting production issues within SLA
• Develop and maintain microfrontend-based applications using React/Next.js.
• Implement and manage SSR/CSR rendering strategies for SEO and performance.
• Integrate with AEM for dynamic content rendering and authoring.
• Consume and manage data from GraphQL and WCS endpoints.
• Lead and mentor team members on frontend development best practices.
• Work closely with design, backend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Ensure application scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
