- Expertise in Order
Management, Shipment Management, Business Process Automation, Contract and Rate
Management, Configuration and Administration.
- Analyze business
requirements and design OTM solutions for OM, shipment, planning, execution,
freight billing and logistics tracking.
- Worked on shipment
tendering, tracking, and visibility functionalities.
- Strong knowledge of
transportation processes(LTL FTL, Parcel, Ocean etc)
- Develop and customize OTM
workflows, agents, and integration setups (XML, REST, SOA{, EDI, etc.)
- Having good knowledge about
screen sets, manager layouts, advanced layouts, custom actions, action checks,
ACLs, Business Monitor, Status Code/Tracking event configuration, user
preference.
- Experience in Commitment
Allocation, Commitment Count and Capacity Limits.
- Worked on Rate
configuration, Itinerary, Equipment configurations.
- Experience in Mapping
Workshop and preparation of Mapping Specifications with different systems for
different interfaces like Order Release, Planned Shipment, Shipment Status,
Voucher and Document etc.
- Experience in Debugging
/troubleshooting critical configuration issues e.g. planning Problems, Rate
Configurations. Identifying Agent failures From OTM System Logs for issue
resolution and fixing
Good-to-Have
- Having good knowledge about
integration preference, integration saved queries, BN Rule, External System configuration,
Web service (SOAP/REST) setup, auto assignment rule, Domain Grants, Style Sheet
modification.
- Responsible for configuring
Out XML Profile and External Systems
- Having Knowledge of
Recurring Process, VPD Profile set up.
- Integration of OTM with
external systems using SOAP/REST API.

- To provide full operational
support to the Oracle TMS(Transport Management Systems) modules
- Proper understanding of the
customizations made in the business functionalities.
- Help the team to understand
various business flows in alignment with the customer specific processes
- Prepare new support related
documents and maintain & upgrade the existing ones.
- Discuss with business users
for new requirements and prepare Functional & Technical Specification
Documents.
