We are seeking a Network Strategist Program Manager to lead network modernization and transformation initiatives, focusing on SD-WAN implementation, vendor management, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in network infrastructure projects, working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic upgrades, manage escalations, and optimize network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Modernization & Transformation:
• Lead enterprise-wide network transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee network modernization programs, driving efficiency, security, and scalability improvements.
• SD-WAN Implementation & Vendor Management:
• Manage the design, deployment, and optimization of SD-WAN solutions from vendors such as Cisco and Viptela.
• Collaborate with technology partners and service providers to implement cutting-edge networking solutions.
• Incident Management & Escalation Handling:
• Serve as the primary escalation point for network challenges, ensuring swift issue resolution.
• Implement structured triage processes to diagnose, prioritize, and address network incidents efficiently.
• Strategic Program & Stakeholder Engagement:
• Lead cross-functional meetings to address network challenges, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth execution.
• Work closely with IT leadership and external vendors to align network strategy with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10-15 years of experience in network engineering, strategy, or program management.
• Proven expertise in network modernization, SD-WAN deployment, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Viptela technologies.
• Strong background in incident management, escalation resolution, and triage processes.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
• Experience in project and program management, with a focus on Agile methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
• Certified SAFe/Agile Practitioner

Salary Range: $90,000-$152,000 a year
