Skill: Genesys Cloud Developer
Must have:
- 5+ years hands-on experience in designing, developing, and testing Genesys Cloud flows using common modules, data actions, data tables, and other components.
- The candidate should be able to demonstrate their technical skills and willingness to learn new technologies, particularly Python and JavaScript, which are used for our configurations within Genesys Cloud.
- AWS Lex experience in creating natural language is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test Genesys Cloud flows using common modules, data actions, data tables, and other components.
- Implement and extend Genesys Cloud using SDKs and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and JavaScript for Genesys Cloud configurations.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce CTI and other third-party applications.
- Develop and manage digital bots for chat and email within Genesys Cloud.
- Implement Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) solutions within Genesys Cloud.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide detailed documentation and examples of work in areas such as design, data management, error handling, monitoring, alerting, and testing.
Salary Range - $95,000 - $110,000 a year
