Messaging Analyst
• Communicating with key stakeholders (e.g., IT teams, business units, end-users) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address concerns throughout the process.
• Enable the interactions as per operating structure and align with the timelines of the M&A, plan with the strategic thought process.
• Enable the interaction with technical SME’s (offshore) and align with Client SME, execute the project on seamless handoff to operations team.
• Day to day administration of Exchange Online accounts
• Working with the Active Directory of the M&A and Client for Domain management
• Working with email relay and email application configuration
• Working with Exchange Online Protection Application Supporting Mobile Device Management
• Evaluate the connectors, domains and design for merger with primary domain of requirements.
• Mapping all other o365 offerings (SharePoint, Ms Team, Ms Office suite, OneDrive, forms etc.,)
• Knowledge of DNS and LDAP configurations
• Working with and supporting Microsoft Intune
• Working with E-Discovery and Legal Hold
• Writing procedures and documentation for processes to aid in troubleshooting
Salary Range- $90,000-$95,000 a year
